Then on Friday after work, we went camping up in Fairview canyon. We didn't know exactly where we were going to camp so we didn't actually get to the campsite til 11.

A Week w/ Mity
So Katy already recapped the week on her blog but here are our pictures from katy and micah's visit! We had Sunday dinner with them down at Bryce and Lisa's
Lisa Michelle made Tanner a birthday cake containing a lot of chocolate and peanut butter (Tan's favorite). This is him cutting the cake.
Katy (sorry for the super flattering picture) rolling the dice during our favorite sunday night game, the dice game!
Soph took a LOT of pictures of everyone with my camera.
Trav loooooved his chocolate chip cookie!
Then we had a pool party at their hotel one night during the week. Here's mister Trav eating a pizza, I think the one he stole off my plate.
And Soph was all about making goofy faces.
And me, katy, and michelle after we moved the party to the inside pool.
Then on Friday after work, we went camping up in Fairview canyon. We didn't know exactly where we were going to camp so we didn't actually get to the campsite til 11.
We had a traditional Lillrose family camp meal, Tonka Toasters(?) You but two pieces of bread on each of the cast iron things and then in the middle you put pizza sauce, chesse, and pepperoni, and you have a yummy pizza pocket. It was delish!

You can tell by our blood shot eyes that it was pretty late
Then in the morning we had camp style omlets. You put all the ingredients in a plastic bag and mix it all up.
Then you boil them in the bags in a big ol' pot. They were also really good, didn't taste like camp food at all!
The cooks.
Our view from our campsite. Since we got there late that night we didn't realize there was water near us or how pretty the scenery was until we woke up the next morning. We also didn't realize that Katy and Micah had actually set their tent up in the parking lot for people coming to fish at the lake.
Tanner and I took a walk around the area in the morning to check out the scenery.

We had lots of fun with Mity for the week and were glad to have some visitors!
